Our story

We started in Zimbabwe as a recruitment company, connecting skilled professionals with opportunities locally and internationally. Our experience working with European and global markets taught us the importance of rigorous recruitment, professional standards and getting the right people into the right roles.
As our clients’ needs evolved, so did Connect Outsourcing.
